Description: The amazing Baja Watch from Nixon has many different features including; 12 or 24 hour time display, LED flashlight and compass, an alarm and timer and a calendar range. Nixon was founded in 1997 by Andy Laats and Chad DiNenna in Encinitas, California, focussing on producing watches and soft goods for the Skate, Surf and Snow markets. Features: Split screen gives you 12 or 24 hour time display with day and date, second counter, dual time, alarm, timer, backlight and chronograph. Movement: Custom digital with LCD display in either a positive or negative contrast. Functions include: time of the day/date, calendar range, dual time, alarm, chronograph, timer, thermometer, LED flashlight and compass. Dial: The dial is surrounded by an EL backlight with a high contrast LCD display and a custom moulded polycarbonate display masking. Case: 500mm wide, 100 meter/10 ATM custom moulded polycarbonate case in matte finish. Custom moulded polycarbonate bezel with integrated pusher guards. The case is made from mineral crystals, 4 custom modled stainless pushers and a vertical brushed stainless steel screw-on case-back. Band: 24mm with a 32mm cuff. The band is secured with stainless steel screw pins and is made from heavy duty nylon that is durable and comfortable. The closure is Velcro with rubber tabs folded through a custom stainless steel roll bar buckle.
